Bread Veggie

Items required :
-------------------
fresh bread (6-slices)
bombay rawa (50gms or two big tea spoons)
maida (50gms or two big tea spoons)
curd(50ml or two big tea spoons)
salt to the taste,
green chillies (4)
green peas (50gms)
carrot (1)
tomato (1)
beans (15)
baking soda (2 gms)
corriander leaves
mint leaves to your taste
ghee /oil / butter
Non stick pan to fry the bread slices.

How to make :

Mix rawa, maida, curd, baking soda with salt (to the taste)  thoroughly.
Cut all the vegetables and green chillies as mentioned above into very small pieces add mutter and mix  all these ingredients in  rawa, maida and curd 'mix'. Let the 'mix' sit for 30 minutes.

Step 1 :  After half an hour take a bread slice and take two tea spoons of  'mix' and spread the 'mix'
              over the bread slice (only on obverse)
Step 2 :  Put a non stick pan on a medium flame for  one minute  and then add half a spoon of ghee or oil you like on the pan (on a medium flame).After two minutes of frying the bread turn the bread carefully with top mix upside down and fry the same for two or three minutes and (let it not burn)
take it out and the bread veggie   is ready to eat.

Note : This bread veggie is good with 'Pudina chutney'.
